Stay for 7 nights and your garden break will include tickets to the Eden Project, Trebah Gardens and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. You can choose to stay at BEST WESTERN Porth Veor Manor Hotel or one of our self-catering properties.

Cornwall has long been the envy of many a gardener! The mild climate and rich soil mean sub tropical species of plant often thrive. It also produces earlier than average blooms – spring starts early in Cornwall!

Eden Project

Boasting the World’s largest indoor living Rainforest, the Eden Project has won many accolades, not least the most popular attraction in the UK. Built in the hollowed remains of an old china clay pit, colour scented pathways wind down to huge biomes housing Mediterranean and Rainforest plants where a waterfall flows and you can climb up to the top of the canopy.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Rediscovered after being abandoned when gardeners left for the First World War, The Lost Gardens of Heligan have won accolades for garden renovation and replanting. Wooded pathways flanked by magical creations lead you through to sub tropical plants and walkways and onto traditional Victorian kitchen gardens and a wildlife area allowing you to explore jungle, wildlife, woodland and farming areas.

Trebah Gardens

Rated amongst the 80 finest gardens of the World, 26 acres of vibrant sub tropical valley gardens lead to a private beach. The scents of Rhododendrons, Buddleja’s and Sarcococca greet you throughout the year with blooms of Camellia, Agapantha, Azalea and Geranium keeping a colourful pathway.

Pinetum Park and Pine Lodge Gardens

Themed gardens house over 6,000 species of plant with wildlife, a nursery and tearooms intertwined. Huge pine trees and conifers form a ‘Pinetum’ with a Japanese Garden, a water garden, woodland, cottage and sunken garden displaying collections of plants sourced from around the world.
