Our winter lets are generally available from November to March, with special monthly rates for 28 nights or longer. With competitive monthly rates and a choice of one and two-bedroom accommodation, they’re an attractive alternative to hotels or conventional short-term rentals.
Porth Veor Villas & Apartments, Porth (near Newquay)
Our villas and apartments are set in the grounds of Porth Veor Manor Hotel and are just 200 yards down a private path to the sandy beach at Porth.
Parking is included and all rates are include heating, electricity and water. A weekly linen/towel change is also included. Winter 2026/2027 rates from £1,540 for 28 nights (£55 per night):

Bay Retreat Villas, St Merryn (near Padstow)
We have a number of two-bedroom villas each with a small patio garden. Some of our villas are dog friendly (a supplement would apply) while others are pet free. Located 4.5 miles from Padstow and ideally placed for the Seven Bays.
Parking is included and all rates are include heating, electricity and water. A weekly linen/towel change is also included. Winter 2026/2027 rates from £1,680 for 28 nights (£60 per night):

Just 200 yards from the beautiful sandy beach at Watergate Bay, Beachcombers offers comfortable, fully furnished apartments in a superb coastal location. Set in peaceful landscaped gardens at Penpillick, within easy reach of Fowey and Cornwall’s south coast, Green Acres offers fully furnished two-bedroom cottages in a lovely countryside setting. With central heating, wood-burning stoves, free Wi-Fi and private parking, they’re well suited to longer winter stays or those needing temporary accommodation in South Cornwall. Selected cottages welcome dogs, making them particularly appealing to people relocating with pets.
