Cornwall Winter Lets
If you’re looking for an extended stay in our quieter winter months, we can offer fully furnished self-catering accommodation at competitive rates. You may be looking for an extended winter holiday or perhaps you are relocating to Cornwall and need temporary accommodation whilst your house purchase goes through.
There’s a choice of one and two-bedroom accommodation and all properties are fully equipped as they are usually let for self-catering holidays.
Winter lets are usually available between November and March.
Porth Veor Villas & Apartments, Porth (near Newquay)
Our one bedroom garden view villas are set in the grounds of Porth Veor Manor Hotel and are just 200 yards down a private path to the sandy beach at Porth. Parking is included.
From £1250 pcm fully inclusive of heat, light, water, and rates.

Bay Retreat Villas, St Merryn (near Padstow)
We have a number of two-bedroom villas each with a small patio garden. Some of our villas are dog friendly (a supplement would apply) while others are pet free. Located 4.5 miles from Padstow and ideally placed for the Seven Bays.
From £1500 pcm fully inclusive of heat, light, water, and rates.
