Bay Retreat Villas have had a busy summer season! Located on St Merryn Park close to the village of St Merryn in between the popular north Cornish resorts of Newquay and Padstow, they make a great base for exploring Cornwall.
The self catering villas are fully equipped – no need to pack the egg cups and bed linen – and we ensure you’ll be up and running in no time by offering a welcome pack which will include a few tea bags, coffee, long life milk cartons, dishwasher tablets and a tea towel.
Set slightly out of the village, the park offers a small shop and restaurant/bar as well as a children’s playground and dog walking area. Within St Merryn itself are further shops and restaurants and seven great beaches are within a short car ride. Further popular beaches such as Watergate Bay and the Newquay beaches a few miles down the coast. Padstow is the nearest town and here you’ll find shops, restaurants and plenty of amenities, all centred around the pretty quay.

Bay Retreat Villas were built in 2008 and offer contemporary stylish accommodation. Built around a square, the villas each have their own parking space and garden. Neutral decor, a well equipped kitchen, deluxe bathroom and comfortable furnishings provide an excellent base with a widescreen tv and wifi on hand. The double bedroom has an open out balcony overlooking the central square at the front and a large double bedroom spans the width of the property at the back. A sofa bed is also available in the lounge for guest use. Downstairs the accommodation is open plan with the kitchen leading through to a dining area and lounge. Patio doors open out onto a small enclosed garden.
Dog friendly

Twelve of the properties at Bay Retreat Villas are available for pet owners with two well behaved dogs welcome for a small nightly supplement of £6 per dog. A dedicated dog walking area is situated at St Merryn Park but with so many dog friendly beaches close by, it’s a paradise for those on four legs.
