FREE COVID-19 Cancellation
In these times of uncertainty it’s reassuring to know there’s some flexibility if the worse happens.
Should your booking be cancelled by us or the accommodation owner, or if you need to cancel your booking because the UK government public health measures means that it is unlawful to travel and/or make use of the accommodation you have booked with us then you will be entitled to transfer all monies paid to a later date. If the alternative date is more expensive then the difference in cost will be payable and if it is cheaper, the accommodation credit will remain on account subject to the booking/arrival dates stated below.
You will need to cancel with us as soon as possible and we will require proof of circumstances e.g. in the case of a positive COVID-19 test, we will require a copy of the test result before we can action the credit.
Any credit will need to be allocated to a future booking arriving within 12 months of the original date and the new date must confirmed with us within 3 months of your original arrival date.
