FREE COVID-19 Cancellation Cover
In these times of uncertainty it’s reassuring to know there’s flexibility if the worst happens.
Firstly, we encourage all of our guests to book holiday insurance as you will likely be covered by a much wider range of unexpected reasons for cancelling your holiday rather than just Covid.
However, should the booker/lead guest need to cancel because they have tested positive for COVID, or have been contacted by the NHS Track & Trace system and need to self-isolate during any part of the booked holiday, you will need to cancel within 24 hours of being officially advised. We will, upon receipt of the relevant proof e.g. a copy of the NHS notification, issue a full refund or hold any monies paid as a credit to be used against a future direct booking.
If you opt for a credit, and the alternative date is more expensive then the difference in cost will be payable but if it is cheaper, the difference will be refunded. This offer has no time limit.
