Proceed along dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take the A392 signed Newquay. Proceed about 4 miles and at Quintrell Downs take the right hand turn to Newquay and Porth (A3058). Proceed for about 3 miles and at the mini-roundabout turn right to Porth on the B3276.

Porth Veor Manor is half a mile on the left and Porth Cottage is just to the right of the entrance to Porth Veor Manor. For The Beach House, after checking-in at Porth Veor Manor, as you exit the hotel turn left at the main road and then take the next left into Beach Road. You will find The Beach House is the second complex opposite the beach.
