You'll enjoy the totally relaxed and informal freedom of the 33 rolling acres of sheltered parkland and shady woods with an intimate mix of meadows, hedgerows and wet grassland - the latter containing unusual species of wild flowers, grasses and wildlife. At the boundary edge runs a clear stream together with unobtrusive picnic areas scattered around the park ensuring a quiet spot can always be found.

The nearest beach is at Trebarwith around four miles away. Tintagel - the legendary site of King Arthur's Castle and the picturesque harbours of Boscastle and Port Isaac are within easy reach - together with Bodmin Moor and its Jamaica Inn, made famous by Daphne du Maurier.
